NovaRisk has implemented Applied Systems technology (“Applied”) to support its digital MGU business model. Applied Epic was selected because the platform could be fully customized to the operating needs of a new MGU looking to operate in a fully digital and cloud-based environment.
Applied’s digital solutions consist of a foundational management system, analytics, marketing automation, customer service tools, and quoting capabilities in the cloud.
